Mimi still looks on admiringly at Pasquale who celebrates as Clem runs off. Rose watches and thinks, "Like a magic potion, Pasquale's garlic has empowered him to defeat Clem.." Pasquale bows down to Mimi, reaches his hand out, and says, "Hi!" Rose thinks, "..and win the heart of the fair lady, Mimi.." However, Pasquale frowns as his garlic breath hits Mimi who now has the skeletol head. Rose thinks, "..who he hopes will learn to love his garlic breath!" Mimi's doll also feels the repercussions of Pasquale's breath.
