good morning and happy friday locos. Eid-al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) in Saudi Arabia is celebrated for 4 days starting today. Maha Saptami in India. And Ecuador is celebrating Independencia de Guayaqui. Looks like there are a lot of holidays tomorrow (I think most are the same holiday in different countries). Next Friday I’ll be starting my vacation for a few days.
I have been working (as I do every year) removing weeds, blackberry vies and ivy from a bank. We have cleared and replanted three banks, two with great success, but blackberry on this bank refuses to die off.
I remember seeing Jean Vander Pyl in the credits for Scooby Doo as well, but she must have been a background voice. I am amazed at the voice talents of many of the old actors. Mel Blanc, Don Messick, and Frank Welker are three of my favorites.
Cleo I love blackberries. Why not leave them, or are they a nuisance?

And around here our wild raspberries have no taste whatsoever! Now our wild Leeks totally different item, fruits versus veggies, are outstanding!
