Most people who go to so-called therapists have nothing wrong with them, so there is nothing to diagnose. If people are gullible enough to pay for a therapist, they get what they deserve.

Therapists never tell a client a clear diagnosis, even thought the client is the one paying. It cuts down on malpractice suits when they get it wrong.
