Bugs me too.
Those small Smart Cars and motor cycles are the worst because you can’t see them and they DON’T leave a shadow so it looks like an open space.
So pick it up and move it
I really hate that too. The drivers of those small cars seem to think they have to go all the way to the line to be in the space when they don’t have to. Especially in the ones meant for large vehicles.
