My former favorite radio station (until all the airstaff got unceremoniously JACKed off) used to use “Happy Trails” to sign off its morning show. Initially, they’d just talk over the guitar riff introduction; but once they started calling the receptionist to say goodbye to the DJ — and she’d say “Good-bye, Steve” in the sultriest voice you ever heard in the morning — then the DJ and one of the sidekicks started to sing along with the riff: “Hump Dannita, hump Dannita,…” (It would come out as "hump da-NEE-ta, hump da-NEE-ta.)
