Someone needs to talk to Shultz’s family about letting them continue. Johnny Hart’s passed away and his two comics B.C. and The Wizard Of Id are still running. Chester Gould has long since gone and Dick Tracy still has staying power. So it’s time to bring Peanuts back from the rerun graveyard instead of it being a parody or a comic strip crossover.

No, we need to let Peanuts go now. Let some of the new talent have a chance.

But the stewardess would really be only be saying. “wah-wahs.”

Thank you Miss Scarlet, I agree whole heartedly….Just let the legacy stand..The world moves on……..Let it go….Embrace what is next….

The Peanuts comic re-runs continue in our daily paper. Many of them from years ago I had forgotten, if people don’t want to read them certainly they are not forced to do so.

Cynthia Jameson: I mentioned the source of that “adult” sound after a concert and demonstrated it with the plunger mute and my trombone. Even though they knew what to expect, they still started laughing at getting to hear it ‘live’.

Shouldn’t the funny faced kid with the goggles be flying the plane?
