Stethacanthus, a 6 foot long shark that lived 350 million years ago, had an anvil shaped fan on it back covered in tooth like scales! A snail slime facial skin treatment- said to keep the skin supple and smooth- is available at a salon in Tokyo, Japan. Melvin Roberts of Seneca, SC, has survived being struck by lightning 7 times between 1988 and 2012!

And to think the hammerhead shark or the goblin shark was weird-looking; the stethacanthus is weirder-looking if you ask me.
