Sophie reminds me of Honey, my Tibetan Terrier. My husband found her in a parking lot when she was about 6 months old and no one ever claimed her. She sleeps like Sophie so the ceiling fans cool her belly while she sleeps.

How can she sleep like that? Dogs are masters of relaxation.

I hate to admit it but the cats are growing on me.

My 2 tabby cats (Echo & Flash) used to sleep like that all the time, but they were usually ascloseasthis when they slept like that. So cute.

Cats should be the last to comment on how or where another creature sleeps. Grey’s comment on doggy brain-function does sound reasonably cat-like, though.

It is very strange that a cat can comment on another creature’s sleeping positions, considering the contortions they get into. Sometimes it looks like their parts aren’t even connected!

Hmm: “inappropriate sniffing”; lucky Sophie doesn’t do “inappropriate humping”.

Doe anyone else hear Chip and Dale in their head when they read the cat’s lines?

Thanks (not really) for the “ear-wig” tammyspeakslife….now I’ve forgotten the Niles and Frasier Crane voices to which I’ve attached their “human” voices?

Their voices flip between chip&dale and the cranes.

This cartoon is confused- cats can sleep that way- they can sleep in any position and do. My decease slept with paws straight up in the air. Cats have the flexibility of a those circus freaks- dogs are very limited by bulky muscles.
