Just another work day for the titular head of the Democratic branch of the Money Party. If Jill Stein were prez, she would be working on jobs, living wage and environmental protection. Vote third party, it’s our only chance!

MStevenson58 was baiting the libs to see what lies they tell this time. Only a lib would take it literally.

The point is, we’d be better off if this clown took every day off.

According the Factcheck.org, Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush spent more time on “vacation” during their first year than President Obama did. Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton spent less time on “vacation.” See it for yourself at http://www.factcheck.org/2010/01/president-obamas-vacation-days/

Family should be off limits. Obama’s wife and daughters have done nothing to inspire this hostility.

Obama remains the best president I’ve seen in my life, and I’m 65.

Perhaps you’re unclear on the concept of editorial cartooning. They’re not a reflection of me. They’re a message from me to readers. I’m trying to remind readers that this president, who is popular and passes himself off as a man of the people, isn’t.Also, I didn’t say we’d be better off with Republicans. What I said was, we’d be better off with him taking more days off.

At this point in his presidency, Obama has taken 96 vacation days, compared to 349 by Bush. The President who had taken the fewest vacation days at this point in his Presidency was Clinton, but he knew how to have fun while staying at the White House.-http://news.yahoo.com/-obama’s-vacations-and-golfing-by-the-numbers—165241111.html

" Obama’s problem is that in the process of trying to walk back the Bush Doctrine he manages to look weak in the eyes of the GOP and overtly Bushian in the eyes of the Left. He’s also managed to take portions of that Bush Doctrine and make it part of his F.P. restructuring."I credit Obama for not getting us sucked into another futile occupation. Anyone who thinks an invasion of Iran, Syria, Egypt or Libya would be good for the U.S. or the middle east is a fool or a tool of the defense industry. On the other hand, he has been slow to realize that Afghanistan was just as much a lost cause as Iraq. Get out & let those places figure out their path. Vietnam has done well since we decided it was ok to lose that war!

I’m a pacifist anarchist socialist, so of course Obama hasn’t fulfilled my political dreams. More realistically, I think he should be criticized for the drones and for the surveillance program and for kowtowing to the plutocrats. But he is so so so so so much better than anyone else who could possibly be elected president. So far we are not fighting in Syria, and that alone makes his presidency worth while.
