Good morning Akenta! Since those are both South of the Border holidays we’re celebrating, we need some south of the border type food, don’t you think?

Buenos Dias Akenta.Today I have to restrain the railings on the steps down to the lake. Now is when I need the “help” of willing volunteers.

This is the first I have sat down all day! Some vacation day, I made spaghetti and meatballs from scratch, cleaned a bunch of hot peppers and cooked in tomato sauce and garlic (My hands burn like hell, but I can’t work with gloves, and it will go away after awhile. I just have to remember not to touch my face.) Washed clothes and picked more tomatoes and peppers, made pickled eggs and red beets (request of youngest) and never did get around to running the vacuum.
