Terri Brittingham: I notice you post in a foreign language. What American language do you normally use, Huron, Lakota, Cherokee, Apache, Aleut, Inuit, Quecha, Shuar, Patagonian, what? America extends from Elsmere Island to Tierra del Fuego, and almost as many there speak Spanish as do English, even including second languages.

His attitude is the problem. I am supposed to become bi-lingual to communicate with him while he doesn’t need to be bi-lingual to communicate with me. Unfortunately I am one of those who have difficulty with other languages, I currently live within 30 miles of where I was born and raised and there are now stores in the area where I can’t shop because they can’t/won’t be bothered to speak my native language.

Language problems aside, why does he need to be IN the hospital a day ahead for non-life-threatening surgery? Usually one goes into Day Surgery for that…in and out as quickly as possible…this, however, has it’s own pros and cons… ;)

I have a problem with people coming here from other countries, on there own, and not even bother to learn a little English (American). My ancestors were forced here and made to speak English instead of their own language. Just saying….

Don’t bother trying, my friend. They will just keep complaining until a Republican moves into the House.
