It’s funny. Dorothy is all bent out of shape trying to convince her mother nothing happened… but her mother wouldn’t mind if something HAD! Maybe that bothers Dorothy more?
Would things be different if Jane had driven Dorothy home in the Jeep and then gone home herself?
