Go buy the one on sale, then return the unopened package with the first receipt showing the full price paid. Many retailers now will refund the difference between the full price and the sale price if you purchased right before the sale started.
You snap something up that you really wanted, and you don’t want to miss out on a good deal — and sure enough, an even better deal comes along shortly afterward. That in itself is rubbing it in!
