Wilson is not going to be morbid, like Bill exploding his lungs and ending in the morgue. It would be more on a dumb and embarrassing theme. Something like telling the doctor in a Mickey Mouse voice how a talking cat convinced him to breath in helium, and/or how the little girl beat him up. Lighten up.
