The problem with getting rid of all the stupid people is that everyone is stupid in many areas of life. What if the IQ test is comprised of pop trivia and movie quotes or extreme environment survival skills or 18th century french poetry or social etiquette and interaction?

Ah, why’d they switch positions between cells 2 and 3? They trade places….Besides, this idea of stupid people into the sun is very much like several of the Pearls Before Swine theories proposed by Rat. There’s the Box O’ Morons, where all stupid people are in a box, or the Isle O’ Stupid People, where all stupid people are pushed off a cliff, only to trampoline onto a deserted Island.
P.S.- There could be a sequel. The Stupid People could be saved by an alien race, who comes to worship them as gods. Then, years later, the stupid people/alien offspring would return to Earth, armed with advanced alien technology…In order to take their revenge on the planet that exiled them…
