My fave breakfast bar was one where they fried the aigs to order. They didn;t make much money off me that day. I think I wemt through one trip, drank coffee a couple hrs and red a book and took another trip just before they shut it down.
At any beach hotel with a breakfast buffet, watch the guests stuffing their pockets with anything portable…they’re on half-board and don’t want to buy their own lunch.
