I don’t see the one who ISN’T working 40+ hours a week plus cooking, housekeeping, childcare, etc. setting down her coffee cup and pitching in…

Last time my mom puled one of those she asked why my BF was laughing. “I asked her before we came over here if she was packed for the trip I was sure you were taking her on, bon voyage you two.” My dad about choked on his coffee.

If I had only one day off, I wouldn’t be wasting it on chores.

Seems uncharacteristic of Edie to be such a nag (I thought she was my kind of gal), but maybe things are not going well with Arnold. I just get rather sad and distant when my man avoids me (and I know I’m too clingy, but we’re no longer as young as he’d like to think).
Others tell me to find someone else but when we’re together it’s real magic, and anyone else is disappointing and a waste of time.

I work every day of the week and it never seems to make a dent in the long “to-do” list, so I think she should go ahead and enjoy herself from time to time!

i always figured that on my deathbed, I wouldn’t regret not having vacuumed and scrubbed more often. It made the annoynig nagging in my head go away
