Chad, come to Weight Watchers. The age limit is ten, so you’d be accepted as a member, and no food is forbidden. It’s all about portion control. (Joining the football team isn’t a bad idea, either.)

First you have to understand that when you are on a diet, what you have to restrict yourself from becomes a focussed target of food. When I was actively trying to lose weight, I was allowed to eat anything, just exercise and exercise portion control. Junk food I allowed myself once a week but only if I lost a certain amount.
