For those wondering (as I was) – IBS = Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Sophie is right – way too much wisdom.
Preservatives, red dye #3, sugar….of course they would trigger IBS but say away from ASPARTAME!
I get a lot of these types of wisdom at work. Thanks goodness for selective hearing.
It’s a sad day when you wake up and realize you are old. But at least if I made mistakes, I’ve forgotten them.
