Scratch volunteering at the shelter? Wonders never cease!

Hope you get your chance my canine friend.

There are so many loving dogs and cats at the shelter. We have had several shelter dogs now and they have made our lives brighter and happier. Get one!

Don’t tell me Scratch is up to some good. Will wonders never cease.

That must not be Scratch….hard to believe he doesn’t have siblings. That could be his sister.

I fully understand … find a shelter and look for a new one – the dog will thank you in so many ways.

Good afternoon Crew!

I miss my Pooh too! I read a poem on facebook about the abandoned dog…I swear I sat and cried for more than a half hour howling I was crying so hard. If only I had the means to have another dog you bet I would.

I saved mine before they would have had to go to shelters. I can’t imagine life without them. :-)

I wondered if Louie and Scratch had both been picked up and were pooling their resources to get rescued.

All our dogs and cats were rescues. Never regretted one of them.

Our cats were all rescued. 2 were dumped in our woods, and decided they were moving in, and we adopted a kitten from a local shelter. They are all wonderful cats.

Is this cartoon is a flashback and the dog is Louie as a pup? I’d like to see Captain Crowe & crew turn up and adopt him, and the Green Ship gang for Scratch.

I wondered where Louie came from, have been a fan of his for years.

One of my kitties died a few weeks ago. She was almost 16. I miss her. At some point, I’m going to adopt a young kitty from the shelter so my 8 year old kitty has a playmate. Giveaway/shelter pets are the best!
