Once again, I must remind y’all that the government subsidized phone service began during the Reagan Administration. The only difference is that now you have a choice between the basic land line or a basic cell service such as an allotment of minutes via the Tracphone service.

Here it is Assurance Wireless that provides the service.I did not qualify because I would have to go without phone service for 90 days.
