The NRA membership is overwhelmingly in favor of sensible gun control and limits. The NRA leadership is not, and is totally in thrall to gun manufacturers, who fund them heavily.
NRA is just the domestic whipping post for gun related deaths CONUS. When will USA recall its troops from 100+ countries where innocents are killed all too often?
The slaughter of innocents nation-wide is at a 20-year low, unless you live in “gun-free” Chicago or New York. I’ll give you a hint, Joel Pett, the NRA is not the one pushing for the anti-gun laws in those areas where “gun crime” is the highest. Gun Control kills.

No. We will have more and more senseless shootings and nothing will be done. Because the NRA has all their money in the Republican Senators pockets. We the people are insane believing that our Government will do anything to help us with this issue.
