Ok, so the toaster doesn’t work. Well guess what, I’ve got a lousy job, my car broke down, my wallet’s been stolen, my wife just ran off with my best friend, and I’m having a root canal done this afternoon, so we all have problems, got it? Got it ?!? GOT IT?!?!?…..deep breath….I mean, would you like to exchange that?
