When I was part time never until upper management decided part time need evaluations. Since part time workers never got to move up in rank and got the benefits of full time thought unfair. I do not like evuals as boss never thought work great enough. I always felt being critized.
“You’re a model employee and we love having you here, but you’re going to have to do better or we’re gonna have to let you go. We need less quality, more quantity.” — summary of every performance review I’ve had at my current job. I’d have quit long ago if the job market wasn’t so lousy…though, like Lila, I also have some great coworkers to keep me sane.

Profile again!! This is looking bad – every time she is in profile, bad things happen…
