And if they can’t find any guns, they’ll just use something else. In China, where owning a gun gets you executed, psychopaths go on their murdering sprees using knives.
As long as there is a black market where criminals can get guns, there will never be an end to gun violence. Law abiding citizens who own guns can at least protect themselves.
