you are right the libs want to make sure rapist have rights. I am sorry but the problem is how many times have women came back and changed thier minds because they were not raped but were mad at thier boyfriend. And look at women teachers a few years in jail for raping thier students .

Evans forgot the State of New Jersey, where the Attorney General can commit you and hold you indefinitely without charges or trial.

Mr. Evans: What you have drawn and penned so correctly is today, in America, seen and perceived by far to many American men as an insult to America and American men. Rape here, in America, is still primarily viewed as the woman’s fault, especially by those who are aptly referred to as Male Chauvinist Pigs (MCPs).

As to Guantanamo Bay and the denial of basic human rights, interNational Law, are own secular laws, or even common decency and compassion all goes back to Americas slave days and, despite all of the rhetoric/lip service and laws since then, not much has really changed.

I remember when I thought that America was the defender of the moral high ground, but it has thrown that away during the Bush years and carrying through with Obama. It’s a living hell for those men in there, and I don’t care if they believe cows are purple, they have a right to basic decent humane treatmwent. Our country said people are innocent until convicted of a crime. To hold men who many of are not even tried, much less they have not even been convicted. No state wants these prisoner in their state. They need speedy trials and unless proved to be criminals, let them go home. Having a feeding tube forced down your throat a couple times a day would make it very painful.

pronounced judgement: “No one in GITMO is innocent so shame on you.”

Oh goody, so there were trails and judgements and verdicts? When did this happen? Or are you their judge and presumably want to be their jury & executioner as well.
