Usually the manure in the bag is rotted cow manure. So old, it doesn’t smell, but does a good job in the garden.

there’s a lot of manure here in our swamp…..good thing it’s underwater……
Or you could go to Milwaukee, WI and get some Milorganite. Definitely NOT cow manure.
