July 15 1947 – At 12:15 p.m. Colonel Frank A. Flynn, who was flying over over Concord, California, reported that at least a dozen oval-shaped UFOs in three groups that hung in the sky, swinging back and forth in a pendulum motion. This reminds me of Valerie Plame’s book, “Fair Game”. The CIA censored it so severely that it doesn’t make sense in places.
