They’ve been doing this for four years, actually, which is why we’ve had “continuing resolutions” instead of new spending and taxing to reduce deficits further. (NOTE: “new” spending and taxing doesn’t mean only INCREASES, but using factors that have been ignored since Reagan to restore actual order in the system!)
