If it were me I wouldn’t be mad as much as I would be frustrated. As a parent I would have to pay to replace the window(s), and would have the kid fill out an IOU to repay me when he gets his first job. I may have to wait several years, but i would get paid back, eventually. Whether or not I charge interest would depend on his teen age years.
