Ouch! Betty apparently thinks he’s a good coder, but all the lead programmers I know have good social skills to work with their teams. He’s headed nowhere.
The kid is ok. He answers questions with more than a grunt or nod. He likes the company he works for but also knows his career could be better. .The fact he can raise his head, lift his eyes and speak in coherent sentences that Betty can understands is a good thing.
