Mike Lester is not the only cartoonist to use another cartoonist’s characters as a punchline. It is a deep sign of respect and admiration when a cartoonist uses characters on the level of Charles Schultz in their own comic. I believe Mike truly does understand respect. I don’t think you understand where he’s coming from.
