I’ll take the salad over the watered down sugar drink but not over fries. But they only want to offer it as an option to fries. What good does it do to have a burger and salad with some sugary soft drink that’s been watered down? Give me a burger, fries salad and water!
My kids and I all get fruit instead of fries. It’s all a matter of establishing good habits and sticking with them.At their school, they’ve started collecting leftover fruit from kids’ lunches and redistributing them to others who want it. At least it’s going to a good cause and not being thrown in the trash.

Thats why McDs reduced the size of their Frys in the Kids meal, added a bag of appleslices and let you choose ’tween Pop, Juice or Milk.
