In January 2013, a family in Rio de Janeiro found their pet tortoise alive in a storeroom- it had been missing, presumed dead, for 30 years! In the Czech Republic, bathing in a beer spa is said to be good for the skin. The Turbanator Sikh holy man Baba Mastana, from Punjab, India, wears a 4 foot tall, 170 lb. turban that contains 200 yards of cloth!

I wonder if Muslims and my fellow Latter-day Saints are also prohibited to go to those Czech spas; they/we’re not allowed to consume alcohol, but what about bathe in it?

I doubt seriously that a tortoise could survive 30 years with out food or water, sombody is putting someone on. The word “hoax” comes to mind.

Czechs I’ve known the alcohol level in the beer bath would be equal to thier blood alcohol.

wow that’s interesting in the Czech Republic bathing in a beer spa is good for the skin but wonder how it’s good for the skin?!!!!!!!!!..also interesting is the tortoise lost for 30 years in Rio in the storeroom
