@Nos Nevets – too true. If you do you could end up being the one feeding, washing, cleaning, cooking, shopping and generally taking care of the little one for 18 years while she seats back in the sofa. :)
It’s forever escaped me as to the workings of reproduction in the human species. Married couples TRY for kids for years, adopt one and suddenly she’s “Fertile Myrtle” yet two farm kids in a haymow can create another kid at the ‘wave of a finger’…Odd, that..
I was very happy for my hubby and I to say “we’re pregnant.” I wanted him to feel part of the whole process, to feel connected. I was the one carrying the baby, but it was OUR baby.
