    BMI is broken and has been since it was invented by an economist seriously the guy knew nothing about health or diet or human physiology.

    Betty and her husband are more muscular than fat. They work out, she runs and lifts weights. They’re in better shape than a lot of people.

    Is the reverse true? If I constantly beat myself up for being overweight, does it mean I’m not? :-)

    According to the BMI table, I qualifiy as ‘obese,’ however, by the height/weight tables, I am only about 30 pounds overweight, ,which is not considered OBESE.

    How often do they diet? I thought he lost a lot of weight last year when Betty was struggling with her weight loss.
