From someone who had to start paying attention to his blood sugar, diet sodas are a good thing. Water soon loses is ability to satisfy, and fruit juices have too many carborhydrates to enjoy. That only leaves you with artificial sweeteners or not quite sugars like steevia ( which has a mild bitter after-taste).After a while, you crave the sweetness of a real cola. So, you learn to enjoy diet sodas. At least I can still partake in the caffiene.

Tasty water? I think it’s funny how the artificial sugars in “diet” sodas make it harder to lose weight because they mess with your metabolism. LOL!
