One of my very few good golf shots went so far that my dad and I could not be heard yelling fore by the guys the ball landed among. Par 5 on the green on two!!!!!!! One in a million. Hated to give up the game, but eyes went bad.

LAW 3: Brand new golf balls are water-magnetic. (Though this cannot be proven in the lab, it is a known fact that the more expensive the golf ball, the greater its attraction to water. Expensive clubs have been known to be partly made with this most unusual natural alloy.)

we get a sleeve of golf balls at my company’s tournament every year, and they are invariably noodles. they work for a while. i don’t mind losing them, since they’re free, but hate having to take the penalty stroke when it happens. i’ve managed to get out to play 3 times in the last couple of weeks (and might manage 1 more if the weather holds). glad to be on vacation, but it all ends on Tuesday.
