A couple of drivers where I work actually did this. Quit over the phone, left the bus somewhere and had a friend pick them up.
At least give him some severance pay.
…are you kidding? He’s got some experience now – give him another chance – he’s already better that many of the bus drivers i’ve had the terror of driving with,,,
Oh dear…
He can do things with that bus that most drivers wouldn’t attempt. I still wonder where (if) he got his license.
