No understanding of capitalism at all. You’re still stuck on the Marxist notion that the rich get rich by exploiting the worker. That was true for feudal times and anywhere slavery was tolerated, but it has nothing to do with Das Kapital.
@pschearerTake a good, long look at the difference between a CEOs salary and bonuses and that of your average worker. At one time, the owner lived high and mighty, but as you went down the rung, workers and bosses would be living in the same areas. There were no golden parachutes, and a CEO, COO, etc would be out on his ear if the company lost too much money. These same people would not then be hired for the same position elsewhere.
