Influenza is currently hitting epidemic levels. Marcy is a nurse and she’s advocating Joe going to work ? This is the opposite of the advice all healthcare professionals give. I don’t care if Crunchy doesn’t get sick, what about his other coworkers and people he comes into contact with. What about a poor example this strip makes for it’s readers. What about Robb Armstrongs’ inability to think ?

She is not telling him to go to work. She’s just saying that his reason (concern for Crunchy) is unwarrented. From the looks of it, she’s getting ready for some hospital level nursing duties.

I like that Marcie is getting all decked out to handle the yicky infected hubby. Maybe put yellow caution tape around him?
