Was there ever a time, really, when someone could have gotten away with this? Sure, Lil is slick. And we all know how ignorant our law enforcement officials are. But…, well, just but. Come on!
A police officer would allow this turkey to just drive off without a valid drivers license? I understand it’s a comic but please, can we keep it at least reasonably plausible.
