10:30 is bed time, irrespective of New Year or anything. Celebrations can wait till the morning after………..when I wake up to a new day to start the rest of my life. ;-) Happy New Year Jan.
So realistic with the kids and their hand-held devices. Last night we were at a restaurant with our 50-year-old “kid” and her spouse. Present at the table were a book, a Sunday New York Times, an iPad, and a football fan watching the TV. Good times. . . .

Instructions have been given on these pages and malcontents and show-offs abuse that knowledge.I remember some of your better works, though..Otherwise, Happy New Year on you and yours out there in Kansas !!
Well, it’s 11:20 where I am, and I am here, so I guess I’m not out drinking and driving, and ready to hit the comfy bed, so I guess the ball will drop without me too!

They can always celebrate on Paris time, THEN go to bed and celebrate! Uh Oh! Does this mean coming back with a little surprise?

Wally, it depends on whose house you’re in. If yours, see Pajama Diaries for suggestion….
