Fred is always out and about on his own, so do not worry about Fred. Luckily this is a cartoon comic strip or I might suggest that it looks like irresponsible dog ownership.
Dogs don’t just walk to walk but for other purposes. I wouldn’t like it if someone told me I couldn’t use the bathroom in my house. You should take him for a short walk at least.
I don’t go outside just to “do my business”. I like to play !! It is my nature !! If you don’t have time to spend with your pet doing what makes them happy then donate them to someone who is less selfish and realizes that the pet needs time to enjoy it’s life here on earth too !! I love you !! Please love me too !!
