I’m a firm believer in having pets stay off the bed. Until my dog learns to type, utter complete sentences and use the toilet bowl for its intended purpose, I’m the alpha dog around here. GRRR
I’m thinking of getting these for my old arthritic dog. As for the dog who doesn’t use them, just ignore him and he’ll figure out it’s the only way up. He may be doing it because it’s fun to train humans.

we have those stairs. my pug uses them, the mutt wont. he just stands next to the bed and whines.
