My daughter is having an “End of the World as we Know It” pizza party (another excuse to have an infomal Holiday party) with friends and neighbors. We were planning to go, but if he’s still feeling ill I’ll pass on the party. She’s aa good 30 miles away and I’ll be going to her house on Sunday anyway to stay for much of that week and help with cooking for the big Christmas party (also going to a party on Monday at home of her old friend).
The world ends for Mayans since it IS their calendar, after all. It will still go on for the rest of us, so no excuses for late mailed holiday packages!
