As long as we the corporations can outsource the stickers to China, I guess that’s an acceptable ruling. It’s bad enough we’ll have to locate our executive suites in places like Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
Common sense is not a fact or a reference. I have only heard the Koch brothers claim they would lay people off if Obama was re-elected. If anyone else were stupid enough to claim that, they have no business running a company. If my competitor had said something like that publicly, the first thing I would do is contact their customer/client base and start making overtures to their employees for my planned expansion. If American business owners are dumb enough to let a Presidential election dictate whether or not they stay in business, they will find out just how many foreign companies are willing to jump in and take their place.
Yes I am. First of all, your numbers are pulled out of the air. If any company finds the extra cost of Obamacare to be too much, they need to look at their books more closely anyway. I found Obamacare to cost less overall, because it allows for more fair competition for the business providing the health insurance – more paperwork maybe, but less loopholes for the insurance company to overcharge. I also found incorporating myself to be much easier under Obama than it was under Bush – I paid $6000 less on my 1099 return last year than I did in 2007, and I made more money last year. The owner of the company I contract through on occasion also has made more money and spent less on his employees health insurance the last two years. If you don’t want to be bothered with paperwork or expenses, don’t go into business. I have met only one business owner who claims to have lost money under Obama. His personal income went from $2.4 million in 2008 to $2.3 million in 2011. If he wants to walk away from his business for that, I’ll gladly take it over for him. The right wing complains that the democrats want everything handed to them, but I see conservatives running businesses to be the biggest whiners looking for handouts.

Hey! Cleveland, here. But you did a nice job with the skyline.
