Mitt will bring those jobs back to the US. Just watch! Jeep will be afraid to manufacture Jeeps in China. **

So even if Jeeps were to be built in China for the Chinese vehicle market (a not unreasonable position to take), Jeeps built for the largest vehicle market in the world (the USA) would have to continue to be built right here in the USA.

What candidate Mitt Romney and his campaign is doing is not entirely a lie, but is certainly a deception at any rate!!

Do you really believe that a 51% shareholder in Bain Capital, which is moving a factory from Illinois to China as we sit here this morning, will fight to bring jobs back from China? No Way Baby!

The Jeep plant closed in China in 2007 was moved there by American Motors (Who was the head of AMC?) before Chrysler bought Jeep. AMC also moved US production of Jeep from the US to Canada, Jeep has factories in other countries including Austria, Egypt and Venezuela and possibly other countries I don’t know about. In every European country I have visited, I have seen Jeep agencies. They make right hand drive models as well as left and are popular in places like the UK, Japan and Australia.

Gresch, your loyalty to Romney is touching, but totally misguided. Don’t waste your breath trying to justfy his lies, he’s not worth it.

That does not necessarily mean that Jeep is going to be closing down plants in the US, as the vehicles made in China would only be made for sale in China.

Besides, just how many Jeeps would that be? Price a typical Jeep lately? Our own Middle Class can barely afford them, let alone the relatively small and poor middle class of China!!

So, by far the larger amount of Jeep vehicles to be made will continue to be made in the USA for sale within the USA (and quite possibly Europe as well)!

INcreasing U.S. jobs by at least 1,100, just for Jeep production, that’s what the article, and the CEO actually said. BTW, before they went bankrupt, remember, it was AMC who bought out Willys, and built Jeep, then sold to Chrysler. Mitt has only one truth to tell: he lies.

I’m going to keep voting out the incumbent until somebody can get it right.
