that is one of what the crap question I hope to have a ans to one day . How many time have you heard of someone scamed out of 100 grand or more. I can understand madoff but I remember one guy who meet someone at a park he told him he had a great investment. so the guy brings the guy 200 grand the next day at the same park bench ??????
