Ralston should move here and check out the weekly/bi-weekly lawn crew some bank hired to maintain the yard next door. The house was foreclosed and in the bank’s hands so it’s up to the bank to have the yard maintained, these guys are a joke in doing that. There’s like a quarter to a half an acre of land there so I understand it’s going to be some work. But these guys show up and do 8 minutes of work at most, and usually less than that. Last time they came I timed them, they worked for eight minutes to mow and use a weed whacker on the front of the house, that’s an area for maybe thirty yards but maybe only a third or a half needs to be mowed (threes, walkway, and bushes take up the rest of the space. They were here for fifteen minutes, for seven they did virtually nothing. Took out the mower and weed whacker, put them away, poured a little gas in the weed whacker, mostly chatted and sat around for those seven minutes The actual act of mowing and cutting down weeds took eight minutes. And usually their there for like five minutes and do absolutely nothing. But I bet they get paid for an hour or two worth of work.
